2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your Name, Email Address, and Profile Picture to create and manage your account securely.
• User Data: The financial entries, notes, and records you create are collected solely to provide the app's functionality.
• Device Contacts: We request permission to access your contacts to help you easily pick phone numbers for your ledger entries. We do NOT harvest, upload, or sell your entire contact list.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly to provide and improve the BookNote service. The data is primarily stored on your device's local storage to ensure lightning-fast offline performance. When connected to the internet, it is securely encrypted and synced with our backend servers to prevent data loss.

4. SMS Functionality

BookNote includes a feature that allows you to send transaction alerts via SMS to your customers. These SMS messages are triggered locally from your device via your telecom carrier. We do not store or read your personal messages.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including Google Firebase Authentication, to protect your account. Your passwords are encrypted, and we have no direct access to them.

6. Your Rights

You have full control over your data. You can delete individual transactions, entire customer records, or your personal notes at any time using the "Security PIN" feature. Deleted data is permanently removed from our active database.

২. আমরা কী কী তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি

• অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য: লগইন বা সাইন-আপ করার সময় আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট সুরক্ষিত রাখতে আপনার নাম, ইমেইল এবং প্রোফাইল ছবি সংগ্রহ করা হয়।
• ইউজার ডেটা: আপনার তৈরি করা হিসাব, নোটস এবং পেমেন্টের তথ্য শুধুমাত্র আপনাকে নিরবচ্ছিন্ন সেবা দেওয়ার জন্যই সেভ করা হয়।
• ডিভাইস কন্ট্যাক্টস: কাস্টমারের নম্বর সহজে অ্যাড করার জন্য কন্ট্যাক্ট পারমিশন নেওয়া হয়। আমরা কখনোই আপনার কন্ট্যাক্ট লিস্ট আমাদের সার্ভারে আপলোড বা বিক্রি করি না।

৩. ডেটার ব্যবহার

আপনার ডেটা আপনার ফোনেই অফলাইনে সেভ থাকে। ইন্টারনেট পেলে তা আমাদের সুরক্ষিত সার্ভারে এনক্রিপ্ট করে ব্যাকআপ রাখা হয়, যেন কোনো কারণে ফোন হারিয়ে গেলেও আপনি আপনার গুরুত্বপূর্ণ হিসাবগুলো ফিরে পান।

৪. এসএমএস (SMS) ফিচার

অ্যাপ থেকে কাস্টমারদের যে এসএমএস পাঠানো হয়, তা সরাসরি আপনার ফোন এবং সিম ব্যবহার করে যায়। আমরা আপনার কোনো ব্যক্তিগত মেসেজ পড়ি না বা সেভ করে রাখি না।

৫. ডেটা নিরাপত্তা

আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট সুরক্ষিত রাখতে আমরা Google Firebase Authentication এর মতো আন্তর্জাতিক মানের সিকিউরিটি ব্যবহার করি। আপনার পাসওয়ার্ড সম্পূর্ণ এনক্রিপ্টেড থাকে এবং আমরা সেটি দেখতে পারি না।

৬. আপনার অধিকার

আপনার ডেটার ওপর আপনার সম্পূর্ণ নিয়ন্ত্রণ রয়েছে। আপনি চাইলে "সিকিউরিটি পিন" ব্যবহার করে যেকোনো সময় যেকোনো কাস্টমার, হিসাব বা নোট ডিলিট করে দিতে পারেন। ডিলিট করা ডেটা আমাদের সার্ভার থেকেও চিরতরে মুছে যায়।
