1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the BookNote application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Use of the App

BookNote is a personal and business ledger management tool designed to help you track your financial transactions and personal notes. You agree to use the app for lawful purposes only and take full responsibility for the accuracy of the data you enter.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and the "Security PIN" used for deleting records.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. Offline & Cloud Sync

BookNote operates primarily offline for maximum speed and stores data directly on your device. When an active internet connection is available, the app seamlessly synchronizes your data to our secure cloud servers to prevent data loss. However, we cannot guarantee 100% data recovery if the device storage is cleared before a successful sync.

5. Device Permissions

To provide core functionalities, the app requests certain device permissions:

• Contacts: Used exclusively when you explicitly select a contact to add a ledger entry. We do not upload or sell your contact list.
• SMS: Used to send transaction alerts to your customers directly from your device. Standard carrier messaging rates may apply, for which you are solely responsible.

6. Limitation of Liability

BookNote is provided on an "AS IS" basis. In no event shall the developers of BookNote be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or financial discrepancies resulting from the use of this app.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the app following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

১. শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি

BookNote অ্যাপটি ডাউনলোড, ইনস্টল বা ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি আমাদের এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। আপনি যদি এই শর্তগুলোতে রাজি না থাকেন, তবে দয়া করে অ্যাপটি ব্যবহার করবেন না।

২. অ্যাপের ব্যবহার

BookNote হলো একটি ব্যক্তিগত এবং ব্যবসায়িক হিসাব রাখার টুল। আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে অ্যাপটি শুধুমাত্র বৈধ কাজে ব্যবহার করবেন এবং এখানে দেওয়া তথ্যের সঠিকতার সম্পূর্ণ দায়ভার আপনার।

৩. অ্যাকাউন্ট এবং নিরাপত্তা

• অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরির সময় সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।
• আপনার পাসওয়ার্ড এবং ডেটা ডিলিট করার "সিকিউরিটি পিন" গোপন রাখার দায়িত্ব আপনার নিজের।
• আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের কোনো তথ্য হারিয়ে গেলে বা অন্য কেউ অ্যাক্সেস করলে তার জন্য আমরা দায়ী থাকব না।

৪. অফলাইন এবং ক্লাউড সিঙ্ক

অ্যাপটি সুপার-ফাস্ট কাজ করার জন্য মূলত অফলাইনে আপনার ফোনেই ডেটা সেভ করে। ইন্টারনেট সংযোগ থাকলে এটি স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে আমাদের সুরক্ষিত ক্লাউড সার্ভারে ডেটা সিঙ্ক করে নেয়। তবে সিঙ্ক হওয়ার আগেই যদি আপনি অ্যাপের ডেটা ক্লিয়ার করে দেন, তবে ডেটা ফিরে পাওয়ার নিশ্চয়তা আমরা দিতে পারি না।

৫. ডিভাইস পারমিশন

অ্যাপের কিছু ফিচারের জন্য ডিভাইসের পারমিশন প্রয়োজন হয়:

• কন্ট্যাক্টস: কাস্টমার অ্যাড করার সময় সহজে নম্বর সিলেক্ট করতে এটি ব্যবহৃত হয়। আমরা আপনার কন্ট্যাক্ট লিস্ট কখনোই সার্ভারে আপলোড বা বিক্রি করি না।
• এসএমএস (SMS): আপনার কাস্টমারদের ট্রানজ্যাকশন অ্যালার্ট পাঠানোর জন্য এটি ব্যবহার করা হয়। এর জন্য আপনার সিমের রেগুলার এসএমএস চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

৬. দায়বদ্ধতা সীমাবদ্ধতা

অ্যাপটি ব্যবহার করার ফলে আপনার কোনো আর্থিক ক্ষতি, ডেটা মুছে যাওয়া বা হিসাবের গড়মিলের কারণে BookNote-এর ডেভেলপাররা কোনোভাবেই সরাসরি দায়ী থাকবেন না।

৭. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন

আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার রাখি। পরিবর্তন হওয়ার পর অ্যাপ ব্যবহার চালিয়ে গেলে ধরে নেওয়া হবে আপনি নতুন শর্ত মেনে নিয়েছেন।
